How a first visit works
Every job starts with a walk around the property rather than a quote pulled from a phone call. On a roof call, that means getting up on the roof itself, not just looking from the ground, and checking the trees nearby for contact points or leaning trunks that could become a problem.
The scope that comes out of that visit is written down: what was found, what is being recommended, and why. Homeowners are free to get a second opinion on any scope before committing to work.
